Please note your End of Placement report must include a Placement Supervision Group (PSG),  comprising of generally 2 other consultants, in addition to your clinical supervisor.

 

For further information / clarification, contact your respective coordinator(s) / FTPD(s). Without a PSG, you will be unable to have a placement sign off. Your CS should be able to set the PSG up for you, as per your departmental structure.
